Congratulations to Ainsley and Joshua from Ohio!

Things worth having are worth waiting for. No one knows this better than Ainsley, who waited eight months for a man she only went out with once.

She writes:

“After a month on Zoosk and on the verge of deleting my account, I received a chat request from Josh. We talked for a few months while he was stationed in North Carolina for coast guard training. He got two weeks off before getting shipped off to Bahrain for a year. He flew to Florida to get his car and he told me that he would come see me (four hours out of the way) on his drive up to Ohio. He initially told me that he couldn’t stay long, but ended up spending the entire day with me! After our date, I got in my car and he got in his, and we went our separate ways.

He came back for three weeks after eight months in Bahrain. We shared our first kiss under the stars on the beach then, and that was when I knew no other guy in the world could make me feel so loved. When he left again, I cried my eyes out because I knew that it was going to be another five months before he came home for good. Josh will be back in the U.S. before the year ends, and when he returns, we plan to move to Ohio and start our life together.”
