“After two glasses prosecco, I made the decision to give dating online another go. I came across Chris, who I thought had really pretty eyes, so I told him. He said I did too. And that was that! We chatted on Zoosk for ages and then on WhatsApp and then we met. We lived about 70 miles apart. Chris drove to meet me and pulled up in the car park with a bunch of flowers. We went for coffee which lead to dinner. Chris says it was love at first sight, but in reality, we had already fallen in love online. In 2016, we got engaged in Venice. And this year, we got married in Hawaii.
It took until I was nearly 43 to meet the love of my life, but he was worth waiting for. So to everyone out there, never give up if you want to meet someone. We are now celebrating with, you guessed it, a glass of prosecco. So thank you Zoosk for bringing us together!”
