“Bruce and I started talking on Zoosk in August 2017. After getting to know him a little better online, we started going out to dinners, movies, and bars in Ocean Beach where we played Jenga and pingpong. Our favorite activity was going to the farmers market every Wednesday. When the holidays came around, I invited Bruce to Thanksgiving with my family. By Christmas, we were inseparable. In April 2018, he introduced me to his family, and by May, he put a ring on my finger. Even though marriage was not on our agenda (because we’d both had disappointing previous marriages), our feelings for each were so strong that we decided to get married. In August, we had an intimate dream beach wedding with our close friends and family. We exchanged our vows full of hope, and are looking forward to happily ever after.”
