Today’s Zoosk success story is from Kari and Kevin who met on Zoosk in 2011, fell in love on a whirlwind Costa Rica vacation, and are now happily shopping for a ring! Kari wrote us to share their adorable story:
I actually DID find love on Zoosk! Huge shocker and TOTALLY unexpected! I jumped on Zoosk because I thought the commercials were funny. Now, I’m literally with the man of my dreams. I was 40 & he was 47 at the time. He reached out to me on Zoosk in December 2011. I never expected it to go any further than a date or two. On one of our first dates I casually mentioned that friends of mine were getting married in Costa Rica in March. Two days later, he booked the tickets! We went to Costa Rica and had the most amazing vacation of our lives! Every day was better than the last! I fell in love w/Kevin in Costa Rica. That was a year and a half ago. Now, we’re shopping for a ring! He is EVERYTHING I wanted according to my profile… well… his fashion sense isn’t the greatest, but we’re working on it! Lol! None of us are perfect, after all! At least he lets ME pick out all his clothes now! This is the 1st picture of us ever taken together. We are in Costa Rica, and no, I did NOT pick out his shirt! Lol! 😀
